Streetbeat to the rescue!

Belfast’s iconic Cathedral Quarter remains a must-visit location for people from all over the world.

For one French tourist visiting one of our world-famous bars last week, on the first day of their holiday, it was nearly a day to forget. Whilst in the bar, a wallet was dropped and the contents lost. The party of tourists were on a tour and
had to move on to their next venue.

Thankfully the bar manager alerted our Streetbeat team and, after reviewing CCTV, were able to identify and subsequently apprehend the perpetrator.

The Streetbeat team were then able to catch up with the owner before they had left the City and reacquainted them with their wallet and its £300 contents! The tourist and tour operator were very thankful and relieved, and a potentially negative impression of the City was averted. Well done Streetbeat!
