The Greatest Showmen

The greatest show-men and show-women of the Winter Circus will be entertaining crowds in the heated Big Top in Writers’ Square in the heart of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter right through to January. The high-thrill, high-skills extravaganza, often referred to as Ireland’s Cirque du soleil, has become a seasonal favourite with families and visitors to the City.

Tzvetelina Bogoina, the Chairperson of Cathedral Quarter Business Improvement District (BID) said that they were delighted to part fund Tumble Circus to deliver this spectacular event which kicks off the family festive season in the City. She added, “it is so exciting to host a circus right in the city centre and the significant footfall that it attracts is a welcome boost to Cathedral Quarter Businesses at this time. Furthermore, it highlights the Quarter’s unique position as leading destination for culture, leisure, enterprise, and learning.”
