Wall2Wall Music is delighted to announce a 4-day training course for female, female-identifying and non-binary musicians interested in developing music facilitation as part of their portfolio of work. Offered in partnership with Help Musicians Northern Ireland Women In Music fund, this intensive course over two weekends in September trains and mentors freelance musicians and music educators who are looking to develop skills in delivering creative music workshops for teenagers and adults as part of their educational practice.
The course will include:

Practical music making; improvising, songwriting and composing in groups
How to lead and facilitate groups of musicians from any background and ability.
Best practice in design and delivery of engaging music workshops
One on one mentoring with Wall2Wall Music artistic director Sarah Murphy

Where: The Arc - Cathedral quarter Belfast - 7 Donegall St Pl, Donegall St, BT1 2FN

When: 14th-15th, and 28th- 29th of September.

Facilitators: This training will be led by Sarah Murphy (Artistic Director of Wall2Wall Music, Composer, and Flautist) assisted by Cheylene Murphy (Freelance musician, songwriter, and Wall2Wall Music facilitator)
