CQ BID's Lunchtime Learning workshops are hour long sessions providing practical and easy to implement digital marketing tips.

Facebook has been dominating the social media landscape for years. But Facebook changes all the time and using it effectively means staying on top of what works and evolving what you do on a regular basis.

Ellen Reay, Marketing Coordinator for QFT, has been running successful campaigns on Facebook since joining the organisation. In this Lunchtime Learning, she's going to explain what has worked well for QFT, what lessons she's picked up along the way and highlight some of the potential pitfalls of Facebook as a marketing channel.

You don't have to be a cultural business selling tickets to get something out of this workshop. The session will help you use Facebook as a more powerful marketing tool in 2020 and drive your business forward.

About Ellen

Ellen has been the Marketing Coordinator at Queen's Film Theatre since April 2019. She has an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths' College, University of London. Before returning to Northern Ireland to work at QFT, she worked in marketing at the Barbican Centre in London, the Independent Cinema Office and London International Festival of Theatre (LIFT).
