Mental Health First Aid Training Available on 28th May, FREE for CQ BID Members

There are now limited spaces available for free training In Mental Health First Aid, delivered in collaboration with Staff Nursing NI and is designed to enhance mental health support in the workplace. 

The course will equip attendees with the skills to provide basic mental health first aid using the ALGEE approach. It will also explore strategies for promoting positive mental health and wellbeing for both individuals and their colleagues.
