This Halloween, Cathedral Quarter Belfast was transformed into a thrilling celebration of spooky fun, community spirit, and creative energy! Writers' Square came alive with a Thriller dance mob that had visitors of all ages joining in, as businesses and families alike embraced the Halloween spirit.
Congratulations to all our prize winners from the costume competition and Spin to Win, with incredible prizes from Cathedral Quarter based businesses, TRAIT coffee, Craft NI, Neighbourhood Cafe, Coppi, The MAC, The Northern Whig, Mikes Fancy Cheese, Centra - Cathedral Quarter and Belfast City Gift Card.
The event was part of our ongoing commitment to Business Support, Promotion and Animation, and Safer, Cleaner, Greener initiatives. The event encouraged increased footfall and dwell time across the area, benefiting local cafés, bars, restaurants, CQ BID’s coordination and promotion of the event gave members valuable exposure and a platform to engage with new customers.
The Halloween weekend saw the Quarter buzzing with activity — from face painting to street performances and family-friendly acitivties. Events like this showcase the very best of Cathedral Quarter: creativity, collaboration, and community spirit.
