CQ Thriller Dance Mob – Belfast’s First Ever!
This Halloween, don’t just dress like a zombie… dance like one!
On Friday, 31st October, Writer’s Square will come alive (or undead!) with Belfast’s first ever public Thriller dance mob. Hundreds of people, one iconic routine, and you right in the middle of it all.
When you register, you’ll get access to the Thriller Dance instruction videos in advance, so you can practice at home, teach your friends, or just have a laugh in the kitchen before the big day. Then, on the day itself, we’ll polish it all up together in a quick rehearsal before the performance.
NB: All participants aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
CQ is jam-packed with spooky activties on 31st October:
2.30 & 3.30pm- spooky circus skills workshop at Circusful
3.00pm – Halloween warm-up in Writers' Square
3.40pm – Group rehearsal (easy, fun, and full of laughs)
3.50pm – The BIG Thriller Dance Mob
4.15pm Q Radio 'wheel of fortune' & spot prizes for costumes
5.30pm and 6.30pm – Cadaveret! Halloween themed circus cabaret performances at Circusful
7.00 pm Halloween Aerial spectacular with Fidget Feet at Writers' Square
5-8pm walkabout acts across Cathedral Quarter
