Keeping up with the ever-changing digital landscape can be overwhelming with algorithms and social media trends changing daily.
Now more than ever it’s important that businesses get to grips with their digital marketing to help reach their intended audiences as part of their wider marketing campaign.
In collaboration with leading marketing agency Eximo Marketing and Destination CQ, businesses in the Cathedral Quarter are invited to the free, weekly sessions which provide practical and easy to implement digital marketing tips from some of Northern Ireland’s leading marketers.
CQ Bid Manager Damien Corr said he is delighted to see the return of the popular Lunchtime Learning sessions: “After the fantastic success of previous seasons of Lunchtime Learning, we are back again with a new list of events,” he said. “I am delighted to welcome a range of industry leaders to take part.
“These free workshop sessions are part of the BID’s commitment to provide additional training and business support to businesses operating in Cathedral Quarter & Smithfield; we want to support the business community who are keen to learn, upskill, and share best practice amongst each other in the area.”
Organised by Eximo Marketing’s Andi Jarvis, the upcoming sessions include: Beginners Guide to SEO, TikTok Fundamentals, Organic Facebook, Organic Instagram and Instagram & Facebook ads and feature speakers from a wide range of industries such as Emma Burdett, Digital Culture NI and Ciara Decarteret, BPerfect Cosmetics.
Andi Jarvis, organiser of Lunchtime Learning said: “This is the fourth series of Lunchtime Learning that the Cathedral Quarter BID has organised in partnership with Eximo Marketing. The aim of the sessions is to improve the skills of the businesses in the area by giving them practical, actionable marketing knowledge from some of the best local marketers.
“The series covers newer tools like TikTok as well as covering established marketing channels such as SEO and Facebook. You get a 40 minute presentation from the expert, the chance for Q&A and a light lunch in the relaxed surroundings of the Black Box, so it’s perfect for city based professionals wanting to upskill.
“The best bit is you don’t have to be based in the BID area to come along, but there is a £10 fee if you’re not a BID member.”
The sessions will run every Wednesday for one hour in the Black Box throughout May up until June 1.
